I know you're curious...

What is going on in your brain?

Breaking Down Brain Mapping

Brain Mapping is a non-invasive assessment that measure electrical activity on the surface of the skull. This helps you and your clinician understand where symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma responses and more are stemming from.

All neurofeedback training programs start with an assessment. In the first week of your program, your clinician will review the results of your brain map with you in easy to understand terms.

Then...it's time to train to finally release those anxious thought loops.

What will my brain map tell me?

01

How fast and how slow different lobes of the brain are working in a resting state

02

How this activity makes you feel on a day to day basis

03

How past trauma is impacting current cognitive functioning

04

What you can realistically expect from consistent neurofeedback training

Comprehensive testing that leaves you worry free
We are dedicated to making sure your data is both accurate and impactful for your neurofeedback program. Your data will be cross referenced with the CNC1020, a written assessment that provides insight into brain functioning based off self report.

We know this sounds awfully technical...so here's what you need to know.
Not all neurofeedback programs are designed equally
The last thing you want to worry about while you are healing anxious thought patterns is whether or not your neurofeedback clinician knows what they are doing.

A board certified clinician who is skilled and trained in interpreting brain maps, oversees the entirety  of your program and explains the process to you in easy to understand terms is a MUST. All clients who sign up with the Brain Based Breakthrough Guide can rest assured these qualities are the top priorities for our neurofeedback clients.
