I know you're curious...
What is going on in your brain?
Breaking Down Brain Mapping
Brain Mapping is a non-invasive assessment that measure electrical activity on the surface of the skull. This helps you and your clinician understand where symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma responses and more are stemming from.

All neurofeedback training programs start with an assessment. In the first week of your program, your clinician will review the results of your brain map with you in easy to understand terms.

Then...it's time to train to finally release those anxious thought loops.

What will my brain map tell me?
01
How fast and how slow different lobes of the brain are working in a resting state
02
How this activity makes you feel on a day to day basis
03
How past trauma is impacting current cognitive functioning
04
What you can realistically expect from consistent neurofeedback training
