The Journey
1 SET UP
You will start by completing our intake forms and completing a comprehensive assessment to help your team understand your brain's unique functioning . A high quality, easy to use neurofeedback system will be sent to your house for you to start training. BONUS: It's yours to keep for future maintenance sessions or for another family member to use as well!
2 EVALUATE
Your results will be reviewed by a Board Certified Neurofeedback Clinician and an individualized set of protocols will be set up for to start training! Start neurofeedback training 3-4x weekly and get started with the virtual coaching portion of the program.
3 LEARN
Insight is the first step in creating behavioral change. We will educate you on your nervous system, brain and body’s unique integration systems so you understand the why behind the action you are about to take. Utilize our quizzes, questionnaires, video recordings and valuable insight tools to understand how your nervous system dysregulation, anxiety and attachment stressors present themselves. During this time you will be completing consistent neurofeedback training. THEN...drumroll please….
4 TAKE ACTION!
With the help of the Brain Based Breakthrough Guide, you will be creating small, bite size and doable goals for yourself to complete in order to start the deep healing process. We have a specialized AAA Approach that we'll educate you on in order to make the scary process of moving forward past your trauma feel as safe as possible.

What if I am hesitant to make changes?You’re in good company! Most of my clients don’t feel 100% ready to change - that’s why it’s so damn hard. There is a secret sauce to creating change before you’re ready, and we’ll share with you everything we know.

How does a three month program guarantee lasting change?We won’t lie. You are the only person who can guarantee yourself lasting change. The Brain Based Breakthrough Guide gives you the blueprint, guidance, support system and practice in creating behavioral change so that you can take it and apply it to the rest of your life when you are finished. We will educate you, arm you with resources, inspire you with energy…then the ball is in your court. HOWEVER, we recognize everyone's circumstances are different and have "maintenance" option add ons to keep this support on a low cost level if need be.

How is nervous system dysfunction and anxiety related?Anxiety shows up in many unique ways. Your qEEG Brain Map will tell you all about this! To put it broadly, if your brain is moving too quickly (think hypervigilance, exhaustion, over extending yourself, overworking, etc) you will experience anxiety. If your brain is moving too slowly (think brain fog, disorganization, lack of motivation, depression) then you will also experience anxiety because you can’t keep up in a high pace modern world. Both of these responses are key indicators of nervous system dysfunction and something we can help you fix.

How will this course help me heal my relationships?When we are acting from a place of old trauma patterns, we are in survival mode. We act impulsively, let our emotions run the show and do not have that important moment to pause and create the space for insight BEFORE reacting. Without insight, we attract whatever subconscious nonsense our trauma told us is true. We must first calm the nervous system so insight and behavioral change can actually be implemented - then rinse, and repeat, to create new neural pathways.

What are your credentials?Michela Parisi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder where she graduated in 3 years with honors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Regis University and a Board Certification in Neurofeedback. Michela is the proud owner of two successful brick and mortar therapy practices in Denver, Connected Brain Counseling and the Men’s Mental Wellness Center. She continues her clinical work as well as business oversight to remain a perpetual learner. Prior to delving into the mental health world, Michela was an Advanced Group Fitness Trainer for barre, yoga and pilates at 10+ studios throughout the Denver area. During this time, she recognized her passion for working with women and inspired by the strength they bring.

How many hours a week does this program take?We recommend you set aside ~7-10 hours a week to devote to this program.

What if I don’t have the time?We suggest you start the program when you have adequate time to devote to it so you can get the most bang for your buck.
