Hi, I’m Michela! I'm a nerd for all things counseling, business coaching and neurofeedback. I currently offering 1:1 counseling, couples counseling and business coaching. 

My journey in therapy began when I was 19, terrified and unsure of what to expect as I stepped into my therapist's office. Looking back, this leap of faith altered the course of my life as I now soak in all things therapy, business and neurofeedback.

My approach can be described as straight-forward, empathetic and warm. I believe in a no-nonsense approach to mental health work and business coaching. You will leave our work together feeling more confident, excited about your future and supported - guaranteed!
