Meet Michela

About Michela

Most therapists are underpaid, overworked, and quietly burning out. I help them build multi modal mental health businesses that actually work—without sacrificing their sanity.

Within just one year, I built a six-figure practice offering a unique blend of counseling and neuroeedback. Now, I work at the intersection of mental health and business, teaching therapists how to create sustainable, profitable practices that support both their income and their life.

After building and selling a six-figure counseling and neurofeedback practice, I saw firsthand how broken the traditional model is. Talented clinicians are taught how to help people—but not how to build businesses. The result is a profession full of burned-out providers who feel stuck, underpaid, and unsure how to change it.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

My work focuses on what actually creates change—both for clients and for clinicians. That means combining clear thinking, behavior change, and practical business strategy. Because insight alone isn’t enough, and talking alone doesn’t create lasting results.

Today, I teach and speak on:

  • Why most therapists stay stuck financially

  • The burnout trap in private practice

  • How to build a therapy business that is both profitable and sustainable

  • Why insight alone doesn’t create real, lasting change

My approach can be described as straightforward, practical and authentic.

A bit more about me

I attended my first counseling session at 19, walking into the office not knowing what to expect. I left the room feeling lighter, more sure of myself and ready to take on challenges. I was hooked. That experience changed the trajectory of my life and eventually led me to build a career at the intersection of mental health, business, and behavior change.

I care deeply about the work therapists do and believe the skillset therapists carry can change the world. I just believe the way we’ve been taught to do it is incomplete - and I am here to help fill in those gaps. â€‹

What I believe

  • Therapists should not have to choose between doing the work they love and making enough money

  • Burnout is often a business problem, not just a mindset one

  • Clients need more than insight—they need real, measurable change

  • Building a better business leads to better clinical outcomes
